I believe all of these reviews are fake. I experienced a switch and bait with the Hollywood location. Prior to driving 30 minutes to their office, I was told the consultation would be $100. Upon arrival, I was less than impressed with their waiting area. The area looked cheap and dirty plus extremely unprofessional. After checking in, I asked the receptionist to confirm the cost of the consultation. All of a sudden the price went to $400 to simply speak to Dr Michelle Weiner. And the cost of Ketamine IV was now $500. This is when I should have left without any additional questions. When I asked why the price suddenly changed, I was no longer treated politely. I was told the price was quoted by a new employee and she did not know the correct pricing. I asked if I could receive a pamphlet or more details regarding the ketamine treatment They stated that there was nothing in writing describing the treatment plan. Hmmm. Now I am extremely suspect. I asked if I could speak to Dr Michelle. They told me she was in a meeting. How could she be in a meeting when she supposedly has an appointment with me next. While this interaction was taking place, I see three people in white coats staring at me. Meeting hmmm. At this point, I was upset that my time was wasted and noticed the other patients in the waiting area. They were there for car accidents and worker’s compensation. AAhhh This is a PIP insurance office. They are only interested in cash transactions or Florida No fault claims. They are not a true pain management office but peddles cosmetic surgery and cannabis. I read other reviews today where other “patients” provided insurance information and the office did not accept their carrier. Interestingly, the office also did not take my PPO major carrier but accepted cash. DO NOT waste your time or money by going to these centers. Pay extra and find a reputable medical office.

Without sounding crazy or over the top it is hard to express how much I love Dr. Weiner, her staff and Spine & Wellness in general. There is a sense of calm when I arrive for my appt bc I know my needs and health are being addressed in the best possible way. Don't know where I w/b w/o them.
