Dr Dotson and the entire staff made everything so quick and easy when starting up with her. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares about her patients.

I recently changed Doctors and decided to give this office a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff is extremely courteous and very responsive. If I ever leave a message they do call me right back. Dr. Dotson takes the time to listen and offer feedback to any issues I might have. I'm happy with my decision. I highly recommend.

I waited almost 2 months for an appointment with this doctor and when I went in for the appointment no one told me that I would be getting blood work. I didn’t know to fast so one of my main concerns pertained to checking my sugar and this could not be accomplished. When I asked if I should wait in the room to talk with the doctor, they told me I have to make another appointment for the results and I would not be talking with the doctor today. I made that appointment which I preferred seeing a doctor in person but the staff essentially said she is rarely in the office so then it was supposed to be telehealth. On the day of my appointment I received no information and I tried calling because my appointment was scheduled for 1 PM and no one returned the phone call. At 2o’clock I received a telephone call from the doctor Who began going over my results and I felt didn’t really gather a full history. Due to a combination of medical factors I’ve been gaining a lot of weight which is what I wanted to discuss and what would be the best course of action to get me feeling better again. Her first suggestion was a daily injection to suppress my appetite and the second one was essentially a diet pill. For someone that has a history of problems with weight and distorted eating, her suggestions only promoted diet culture and restriction of food. But she would never know this because she didn’t ask very many questions about my history, what has worked, and what hasn’t. I left a feeling completely fat shamed by someone who has never seen my face. Her website of mind and body wellness is the complete opposite of the experience you will actually get. I would never recommend anyone to see the doctor.

It took me 2 months to get an appt. to SEE S Dotson 1st.I arrived on my date in Feb 2021 I saw the very young receptionist who immediately took me in to give blood.I then asked her if the Dr was in yet she then said I would need to make another apt to see the Dr.I was dumbfounded because I thought I made an appt to see the Dr.Why would she take my blood if The Doctor didnt know why I was there.I told her NO THANK YOU I WOULDNT BE COMING BACK! They sent my bloodwork in anyway Now I have a 97 dollar bill when I got No results nor did I get to see a Dr.Why take blood if youknow nothing about why Im there!! She has been reported to BCBS FRAUD DEPT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR. I dont even know if the receptionist is allowed to take my blood

I made an appt to SEE the Dr and got a receptionist only! She took my blood and then told me I would need to make another appt. It took me 2 months for the 1st one.I told the receptionist I would not be coming back.WHY would blood be taken if the Dr didnt even know Why I was there.I never spoke to her.If the receptionist would of told me when I arrived that I wouldnt be able to see her I would of turned around and left.They sent my bloodwork into Quest knowing I wasnt ever coming back.I dont even know if she was ALLOWED to take my blood.She was very young! I fraud report has been made and reading the reports Its not the only one.BEWARE BAD DR

Awful experience, this Doctor is a true danger. I had my first appointment on December 2020. She never gave follow up to my medical situation so I had to go personally several times to her office (as they don't answer calls and her office is closed every other day), and meet other patients and found out this is the way she works. A poor old lady had the exact same experience but as she's on a wheelchair and lives close by she's stuck to this heartless unprofessional Doctor. It's been tow months now and haven's receive their call.

This Doctor is been investigated by the Florida Health Department due several complaints of medical negligence. I wish I knew this before I wasted my time with this dangerous Doctor. She doesn’t gives follow up, she delays prescriptions, her office is closed every other day and if you ask for the manager the lady at the reception will never let you talk to her. At the time I was being denied to talk to the manager a poor old lady was complaining and mentioned the only reason she goes there is because she’s on a wheelchair and lives close

I had my first appointment with Dr. Dotson today. This was a tele- health call and I was not sure I would feel comfortable getting all my questions answered from someone I never met but Dr. Dotson made me feel comfortable right away. She is welcoming and informative. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood. She took her time and made sure I understand where my health is and how my medications are going to work. I feel as though she is partnering WITH me to help me get to my desired wellness. She is sincere and friendly. Her staff has this same vibe. They are accommodating and attentive. I believe this will be a great fit for me.Also, I did my blood work at her office- great experience. Clean and organized office. All the safety precautions in place to protect against Covid-19 were in effect. I’m happy.
