I'm a patient of Sylvester in Miami but I switched my treatment to this one as my daughter lives nearby. So far I've only been there once but my experience was positive. They called me in fairly quickly. The phlebotomist was able to draw blood in one try and my nurse Nicole was great.

Doctors and staff are very friendly and professional, BUT as far as billing and medical records go there is a lot to be desired. In the 5yrs I've been dealing with my cancer I've never had such a problem with obtaining my scan reports as I have since I 've been going to Sylvester the last 6 months. I travel there so it's not like I can just swing by and pick it up and they CHARGE you to mail it when or if you get it.
