Dr. Mele not only addressed the condition I presented for but took the time to review my chart through the Memorial HC portal reviewing my history and offering his knowledge to manage some ongoing health concerns I am struggling with. He was professional personable and informative. If he had a private practice I would switch doctors today.

Terrible. I have never reviewed a doctor in my entire life. This guy is the exception. Dr. Mele might be one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever met in my life. I came in with an earache. Before I knew it he had examined my ear and was out the door. Could not have been more than 20 seconds. Was not interested in anything I had to say or explaining anything. Extremely unprofessional

One star I think is too much for this doctor. I was thinking to go to MD Now but I decide to go to the Memorial Urgent Care on Sheridan St Hollywood because the association with the hospital bad choice . His attitude towards patients is so bad . Gave my diagnostic right way walk out away from me. didn’t answering my questions and concerns I have to shout my question so he can heard it across the room . Dismiss me with a print out of my illness which he sent with his assistant never explain anything personally I could it done that at home just from googling. In top of that gave me one prescription for the treatment of illness when in reality I need it 2 types of different prescription to treat my condition I ended up for a second opinion at MD Now. Avoid Dr. Thomas Joseph Mele and avoid Memorial Urgent Care Center if they have this type of doctors working for them .

I visited Dr. Mele with my kid. Within a few minutes he knew what was going on. With the right medicine he cured my son. He went beyond just the visit and search online to show us what was the problem. If you are really sick Dr. Mele is the doctor for you. I will recommend Dr. Mele with no hesitation.

I would not recommend this doctor. He had a condescending attitude and blamed me for a medical condition I had. He was not sensitive to my concerns and feelings.

He is the goto if you are seeking the most ignorant doctor. If you are a student at the Columbia University Medical Center you should definitely visit him to experience his immaturity and indifference because it is rare to find such a doctor at CUMC.
