The staff is horrible. They do not know what they are doing. Mixed your medical records with other patients. They do not care and they tell you of you do not like the service go somewhere else. They could not even spell my name properly. Think twice about giving your information. Not very professional or polished staff.

No help or support for modifying high cost charges ofc manager not supportive lacks empathy to help . If you can't afford a high cost bill don't come they won't help 😔

The entire staff at Minar’s are very professional and pleasant. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen when compared to the hour+ I have wasted waiting with other doctors, is a big deal!! Their protocol with Covid made me feel very comfortable as well. The doctors are very knowledgeable and don’t rush you.

This office has HORRIBLE customer service. I will keep it brief and to the point. There are other issues but I will just describe this. My son needed a prescription medicine from a Specialty Pharmacy filled. It was supposed to be ordered and processed in the morning. When I called the Pharmacy they had no record of the prescription being ordered. I then called Minars Dermatology to ask about it and ...

I have gone to many dermatologists over the years. Dr. Todd Minar is amazing! He is always ready to handle business. He is always very professional, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. The staff is very kind as well. I look forward to seeing him every time. He is the very best at what he does.

After my third visit at this new dermatologist, I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to accommodate my last minute appointments and provide phenomenal costumer service. Throughout the entire process from the moment I made my appointment dealing with insurance, availability up until I checked out. I was in and out and received the best care from the physicians I dealt with. The experience really made me feel welcomed and heard. I highly recommend!

Incredible and immaculate office owned by a father & son. Excellent customer service. Saw Todd Minars, MD and he couldn't have been more helpful and nice. I would highly reccomend coming to Minars Dermatology! Everybody here treats you with respect, and the staff really do care! All of the doctors here are incredible. However, Dr. Todd Minars is amazing!

The office staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and I was seen on time with minimal wait. The doctor was patient and listened to my needs, answered my questions and was able to come up with a solution (where other doctors haven’t). Can’t say enough about what an overall positive experience I had.

So a visit to the doctor (any doctor) is not at the top of my things to do list but this office is an exception.I always take the first appointment of the day which here is 8am. I arrive early (7:30ish) in my never ending quest to beat the traffic. This is perfect as the doors open by 7:45. I have always been greeted be each person behind the counter and get called back to an exam room very quickly.Dr Todd Minars usually is starting his day by 7:50. He is thorough, informative and ready to answer any questions. If I point out an area of concern, he will take the time to check and discuss his thoughts. I never feel rushed or left wondering.Check-out is quick and efficient with the opportunity to make myr next appointment.I can't say enough about my experience in this office and I highly recommend them.Good luck!

Had an appt with Dr Todd Minars yesterday and was very happy with the outcome. He is very professional and knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and helpful. He was very busy but still took as much time that was needed with me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Dr Minars to anyone of my friends looking for an excellent Dermatologist.
