Bed side manner less than par and team around him not good at all from the hospital to the doctors office.

If I could give him negative stars and take his license I would. He is a MURDERER, he put a patient on Do Not Resuscitate orders without the consent of patient and relatives. He is letting a patient decline in health by refusing to give her any treatment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office staff lies and blames Insurance for holding up progress. But we find out 4 days after my mom’s visit with Dr. Allaf and a day after her oxygen was supposed to be delivered STAT that her prescriptions, oxygen, and chest X-ray were never ordered by his staff. After politely calling the office 3 times and still being told it’s insurance, we found out from the vendors (pharmacy, oxygen company, and xray facility) that they were never ordered. When I called the office to question, I was treated extremely rude by Natalie and was told the office manager was not there. Then I spoke to a Neisha in the office who posed as the office manager, but is only a co-worker covering for Natalie. After all of this, the orders all went through within an hour after 5 days of waiting. Because Dr. Allaf has not returned my call to discuss, I sent him an email regarding his office staff. Still no phone call or reply from him. Don’t know how he stays in business!

The office is beautiful , staff are friendly and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable, he explained my diagnosis in a way that i understood. definite recommending him to my family :)

Dr. Waddah Allaf is one of the best Pulmonary Doctors here in Miami. He knows what he is doing and will treat you well. His office in Miami is one of a kind. It's very beautiful and modern and has one of the best high rise views. I had a quick and amazing experience at his office and I definitely suggest you go to him.
