Yale M Cohen's Online Review Report Card

I found the girl at the front desk to be very impatient and rude. We were told by the hospital to follow up with Dr Cohen and when I made the appt no one ever mentioned getting a referral or that she should be seeing her cardiologist instead. This was very confusing as Dr eric Rosen performed the cardiac and and stents and Dr Cohen saw her in the hospital. Dr spiller is her cardiologist but didn’t see her in the hospital , this should have been explained instead of having me drive her there to find out they wouldn’t see her.

Dr Cohen has done a great job for me. I feel my heart is in great watchful eyes. Office is very professional and nice. Dr. Cohen has treated me well with good advice and treatment plan. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great heart doctor. 9-2022 will not be going here again, office forcing me to make an appointment so I can refill my regular blood pressure medicine. Even though I had appointment scheduled for November already, and saw doctor in January, if I wanted my refill I had to go see doctor pay a visit to get a medication refill which I have to take for life. Total money grab, it's no wonder people are not trusting doctors anymore, all they want is your money for everything even your meds you take for life. Don't go !! Great doctor horrible office. Will never go again.

Great doctor, and an amazing staff, I had a little scare and had many appointments within a month, and I was so well taken care of. I was always welcomed with a smile!

Dr Yale Cohen and the staff at the Cardiolgy center were excellent, service was great, thank you so much for a great experience.

I was followed by another cardiologist for 8 years, I went to Dr Cohen for a second opinion. His treatment plan saved my life. He ordered a cardiac MRI that revealed 50% scarring of my heart. He immediately sent me to an electrophysiologist who implanted an internal cardiac defibrillator. Dr Cohen prevented me from having sudden cardiac death. Thank you Dr Cohen !!!!

Getting into a "karen" moment with the girl at the office to try and resolve falsification of my appts when i have proof that i wasn't at the appt they claim ...rudely telling me while i am talking "you're done " ...in other words enough ...i walked out before loosing my cool at such rudeness...i guess my medicare charges are more important than positive customer relations

The absolute worst Cardiologist in Florida. This man has no merits to justify his massive ego, he is careless and unable to diagnose his patients much less treat them. Avoid the entire Memorial Health System, all the so called specialists Ive seen here are merely professional ping-ping players...

So far almost good. I had to place 6 calls to make an appointment. Probably I called at busiest time (10a) but finally Jeninne(?) came to the phone and I was able to book the appointment. I had to ask for her name. It was clear she was busy and wanted me off the phone quick. Not rude but but for sure not welcoming at first. I really had to try hard to find her soft spot. More to come after the appointment a month from now (my schd conflict but they had openings in two weeks) I really hope this works because the Dr is recommended at my complex and they speak highly about him. Looking fwd to see him. My heart needs someone with experience.

Office staff is very polite. Dr Cohen is gentle and never appears to looked rushed. He ordered an MRI that revealed 50% scarring of my heart and immediately consulted with an electrophysiologist and heart failure specialist to prevent me from having sudden cardiac death. So thankful for his expertise in preventing me from premature sudden cardiac death. Thank you Dr Cohen !!!!!
