Adriana Bonansea-Frances's Online Review Report Card

If you are looking for an Allergist and/or a doctor to help you with your Asthma I will recommend Dr. Adriana Frances with my eyes closed. I have been her patient for more than 10 years, maybe even close to 15 years and I have to say that she has taken me from my worse crisis to where I am at now. More than that, you won't find a more caring, a more professional doctor to take care of you. To me she is more than just an allergist or a doctor that is concerned about your asthma as she is concerned about all your well-being. She is interested in your overall wellness and tries to go over her limit to find an answer to your symptoms and problems. At least for me that is how my care has been for years and I could not be more appreciative and grateful for it. I always thank God for having me put in her hands all these years. To me Dr. Frances is one of the best doctor's in her area. Like I was saying, she is kind, caring, patient and understanding. She takes her time to listen to you, what you have to say to her and try to understand you. Not sure what else I can say about one of my favorite doctors that have done the impossible with my health issues to keep me at what is considered my best. Whatever that is but I am here with all of you and I am so grateful for that.

Amazing staff. Front desk Alejandra and Desiree are very sweet. The nurses are amazing Leanna, Louise. And Dr Frances is super attentive to her patients as well as great medical care. Been a patient for 25 years. Love this office!

Her office is unprofessionally run. I was rescheduled three different times for a visit with Dr. Frances because she couldn’t get her schedule right. She also gives attitude to her patients. I asked her to explain something again to me once and she replied with “did you not just hear what I said”. I would not recommend her office to anyone, she is the worst doctor I’ve ever had and her attitude was not appreciated.

From the front desk assistant who welcomed me to the nurse who performed my lung function study, to the doctor herself, I felt that I was in excellent hands for my entire visit. All COVID-19 precautions were taken. Over three hours, Dr. Bonansea-Francis tested me for a possible antibiotic allergy that was part of my "history" since childhood. Great care must be taken to be ready in case a possible allergic reaction occurs. She and her nurse checked my vital signs frequently and noted my symptoms and appearance often, timing each portion of the test. I highly recommend Dr. Bonansea-Francis to all who need any of the full services of an allergist. Bonnie Mayer

I had a wonderful first appointment with a knowledgeable, courteous and very personable doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Adriana Bonansea-Frances.

I would highly recommend Dr. Frances to my friends, family, and aquaintances. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and diligent in her work. Never leaves a question unanswered and I always leave my appointments more than satisfied. Extremely professional as well as friendly. Her staff in the Kendall Sunset office is delightful and a pleasure to see every time I walk in the office.
