I have been with Dr Balestero for more then 15 years, what I love about her is the concern she has on her pacience ,she takes her time , ask questions makes sure we go to our appointment with a specialist and so forth, she is a Beautiful person ,I would not change her for the world. Dr. Ballesteros is a wonderful doctor. Although, you see an ARNP if you are ill. Existing patients have to wait weeks to see her. Additionally, the hold time to schedule an appointment is over 1 hour. That is just waiting to talk with someone. No one comes on the line to thank you for continuing to hold. When someone does come on the line, if you mention how long you have been holding the representative doesn't even apologize, you are asked "how can I help you?" As if your time doesn't matter.

The most knowledgeable, caring doctor in Miami, she takes her time with all her patients. The staff is very professional and perfectly organized. When the office is open, you always get a person answering the phone, not a recording. The office is very clean, bright and beautify decorated. The waiting time is always 0 - 15 minutes.
