Doctor Carmen Alfonso, is a great doctor, as well her office team, is the reason why my son have her as his only pediatric for more than 14 years. Angelica, Jenny, the Boy Nurse, all who work there are very good and nice all the time. ✨Thank You so much!🤗

este lugar es lo peor me dan una cita para la 1:30pm y eran las 3:15pm y no me atendian. pero todo el que llegaba despues que yo enseguida lo llamaban. no se la verdad que pasaba. que falta de respeto.

I been seeing Dr. Alfonso for the last 10 years, Since my daughter was born. The staff is caring, sadly they stoped taking UHC.

Dr.Carmen Alfonso es la doctora que todos las madres soñamos para nuestros hijos. Es tan Profesional, se preocupa por todos los niños como si fueran de ella y se asegura de tomarse el tiempo de escuchar a los padres. Y eso sin incluir a sus enfermeras y a Jenny que es una belleza de ser humano.

I seriously admire these people. I’m not sure if someone comes in here and feeds them & rubs their feet- but these are the most positive and loving people I’ve ever met. I’ve been here three times, and they only get nicer and sweeter. Doctor treats the kids as if it was her own child. She kindly explains herself to them and builds a bond to the point that my daughter wants to come here just to see her doctor! As for the rest of the staff, super attentive and professional! So happy to have found this office!

A doctor who discriminates against unvaccinated kids. Good to know

Dr. Carmen Alfonso is such a great doctor! My son used to go to pediatric associates which was not good at all. Dr. Alfonso touches my son from head to toe checking his hips, his private parts, his spine, etc. She is truly the best. The office is very welcoming and they are super flexible with scheduling. The wait time is usually from 10-30 mins but for me it is worth it because Dr. Alfonso is knowledgeable, patient, sweet, careful, and everything! Great office to take your child!

The doctor is GREAT! What messes it up for me is the front desk and wait time. Front desk rarely answers the phone which is frustrating as hell!! When she does she almost ALWAYS says there is no appt times even for later days in the week. Once you are able to finally get an appt you have to wait about an hour, hour and a half, to be seen by the doctor. I’ve even considered changing my kids doctor because of this foolishness, we’ve been there for almost 10 years!!

Our little one has been with Dr. Alfonzo for about 2 years now. We honestly couldn't be happier! She is GREAT with kids & always knows how to make our daughter feel comfortable each & every visit. Yes there may be times where we may need to wait longer than we'd like but it's all worth it when you understand that Dr. Alfonzo takes her time to properly treat her patients. She is very caring and so is her staff. Any time we need to take our daughter to be checked without having an appt, they always find a way to fit us in. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Alfonzo! My daughter loves her and we love her even more because of it!
