Carmen M Alfonzo's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Carmen Alfonso is such a great doctor! My son used to go to pediatric associates which was not good at all. Dr. Alfonso touches my son from head to toe checking his hips, his private parts, his spine, etc. She is truly the best. The office is very welcoming and they are super flexible with scheduling. The wait time is usually from 10-30 mins but for me it is worth it because Dr. Alfonso is knowledgeable, patient, sweet, careful, and everything! Great office to take your child!

The doctor is GREAT! What messes it up for me is the front desk and wait time. Front desk rarely answers the phone which is frustrating as hell!! When she does she almost ALWAYS says there is no appt times even for later days in the week. Once you are able to finally get an appt you have to wait about an hour, hour and a half, to be seen by the doctor. I’ve even considered changing my kids doctor because of this foolishness, we’ve been there for almost 10 years!!

We switched to Dr. Carmen's office because we was not happy with the previous pediatrician we had. Doctor Alfonzo is such a wonder pediatrician she takes time to thoroughly explain and examine our daughter and you're being attend too in private examinations rooms which is a huge plus with us. The wait times varies about one (1) most times before being seen but that seems to be mostly all doctor offices wait times.

After six years my family will not be coming again. It use to be a good place to take your newborn/ toddler for their physical until they hired someone without customer service experience to run the front desk. The person they hired should acknowledge when a customer approaches the window with any questions instead of ignoring them. She should also welcome everyone as they come inside the office. Seems as if she doesn’t want to be working there. During my last two visits they informed my wife and I that they don’t have the vaccinations that my daughter requires. They also informed us that she will be placed on a waitlist that can take several months until they get to her. Overall, the doctors are very good and caring for kid(s). They will answer any questions you may have. That’s the only part I will miss.Hopefully this place changes for the better by adding a better person in the front desk.

Our little one has been with Dr. Alfonzo for about 2 years now. We honestly couldn't be happier! She is GREAT with kids & always knows how to make our daughter feel comfortable each & every visit. Yes there may be times where we may need to wait longer than we'd like but it's all worth it when you understand that Dr. Alfonzo takes her time to properly treat her patients. She is very caring and so is her staff. Any time we need to take our daughter to be checked without having an appt, they always find a way to fit us in. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Alfonzo! My daughter loves her and we love her even more because of it!

Great Doctor!! My kids have been by Doctor Carmen Alfonso since 2001. Now my oldest kids is 19 years old and soon to be a parent. She will take her baby to Dr Alfonso as well. The environment is very friendly and always clean. The wait is less than 30 mins and she also accept walk ins. We love the doctor.

We went to this doctor because of the high reviews here on google, at first everything was great no problems. As the time went by, our experience began getting worst and worst. First they give you and appointment time and date, when you arrive they have you waiting 1 to 3 hours at most just to see the doctor. The ladies upfront get very impatient when you ask questions and they do not follow up with you with important results. They had me and my family scared because of some results we received when we called them, they gave my child multiple shots and come to find out after we went to the hospital our child is perfectly fine with no problems. We later found out that there some equipment gets contaminated which caused the scare in my family and they gave my child multiple shots he did not need that could have made things worst. They need to do a lot better with appointment schedules, following up with patients, and they really need to make sure all there there equipment is clean so that our experience doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Excelente Médico y un ser humano magnífico. Su Personal es eficiente y calificado. Sobretodo los niños se sienten cómodos cuando van a su consultorio.Mis dos hijos estan en sus manos y no pude encontrar mejor médico Pediatra para ellos.Ellos aman a su Pediatra la Dra. Carmen Alfonzo.

La mejor doctora en pediatria...sus empleadas y la doctora muy disponible en ayudar y servir a sus pacientes...conosco a la doctora mas de 20 años...ahora atiende a mi nieta....a ojos cerrado recomiendo a la doctora carmen alfonzo
