The pharmacy is horrible Claudia Morales is very disrespectful and rude.They ran out of a prescription my husband needed. He asked her advise of what he should do about this. She responded. There is nothing we can do besides. Youre not paying for it anyways. He has health insurance. Maybe it was the type of health insurance he had that she thought she could just degrade and disrespect? Someone needs to look into the pharmacys practice on how to treat patients. Im sure this is against some type of HIPPA laws...

Muy buen servicio

This CHI is one of the better CHI offices. But need to give it one star because you still have to deal with the main call center to make an appt which is horrible. Went for dental and ended up not being seen after had an appointment. Try to go somewhere else if possible.

Menos mal que dicen que si es una emergencia llamen al 911 porque nunca contestan el teléfono

If you can go somewhere else for care you should.

They are not professionals my father needed to see his primary doctor urgently and she never attended him they had scheduled an appointment for him at a specific time and they did not tell him it was by phone he went to the peasant for his appointment and after a long time While waiting they told him that it was by phone the appointment that unfortunately he missed and that they no longer had any more appointments available for the rest of the year then it was the next day because he is not in good health he needed to see the Dr. and they did not want him To attend the Dra told her secretary over the phone that what was happening to him did not concern her that he had to go to a specialist urologist and several specialists had told my father that he should see his primary doctor. They are undoubtedly antiethical they have no vocation they do not care about the health or wellbeing of their patients they are antiprofessional very bad care.If there were the option to place No stars I would do it because they do not deserve any.

Tengo cita con mi dra Cabecera por vez primera mi turno para 9 45 am llegue 845 am me acerqué a la recepcionistas de información cuando llegue di mi información pregunté si era por turno o por orden de llegada porque tenía otro turno en flaguer con oculista que si me podía ayudar nada me contestópero entendí su silencio.me dijo es x turno y son las 1005 am y ni tan siquiera me han llamado para las rutinas que anteceden a mi primera consulta y antes que la Dra pueda recibirme La explica que me da la Sra de información es qué hay 8 médicos de ellos 2 pediatras y que empezaron 840 845 900 am etc etc etc que nunca los pacientes se atienden a la hora del turno lo cual no entiendo porque si existe un horario Un día puede existir una situación pero que nunca los pacientes sean atendidos en el horario de su cita?Ahora 1010 am me llaman para rectificar mis datos muy amable la Sra que me atendió Pero aún me quedan dos personas por delante y falta que me vea después la doctora Increible que trabajen tan mal no existe respeto por el paciente no se da explicación convincente habrá retraso etc Creo que me iré sin que me vea la dra Zambrano que aún ni la he podido ni conocer Y el carácter de la Sra de información dicta mucho de ser cordialamable explícitaes cortante seria y se que vivimos tiempos difícilestodos tenemos problemas pero debe existir la Empatía y mas en un centro médico Desde 945 que era mi turno y son 1025 y ni la enfermera me ha llamadoAL PARECER ESTE SITIO WEB PARA RESEÑAS CARECE DE SENTIDO QUE LO TENGANME DIJERON LOS MISMOS TRABAJADORES QUE NI LEÍAN LAS RESEÑAS Y AL PARECER ES MUY CIERTOVALE LA PENA ACLARAR Y PEDIR QUE YOMEN MEDIDAS PORQUE NO ES CANTIDAD DE PACIENTES ES CALIDAD Y LAS ENFERMERAS NO DAN ABASTOS ES ABUSIVO LA ATENCIÓN DEBE SER LO PRIMERO Y CON CALIDAD ES IMPOSIBLE CREER QUE UNA PERSONA HALLA LLEGADO 830 AM EL APPOIMENT ERA 945 y ME ATENDIERON 12 DEL DÍA SIN UNA EXPLICACIÓN MAL TRATOMAL CARÁCTER DEL PERSONAL PORQUE NO DAN ABASTO SI NO MEJORAN LAS CONDICIONES DE ATENCIÓN EL TRATO Y LA EFICIENCIA CON LOS PACIENTES BUSCARE OTROS MEDIOS PARA REPORTAR TODO LO QUE ME TOCÓ PASAR EN ESA CLINICA COMUNITARIA ESTOY PENSANDO SERIAMENTE CAMBIAR DE LUGAR PSRA ATENCIÓN MÉDICA ES DESESPERANTEAGOBIANTE Y DEPRIMENTE NOOOI RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGARGRACIAS

Recibi una atención muy profesional tanto de la asistente como del doctor. La recepcionista fue muy cordial.
