I had an appointment today the wait time was worth it

I set a dentist appointment at the MLK location in Homestead a little over a month ago for today at 310pm. I’ve been here for a hour and some of the patients before me say they have waited for 2 plus hours. None of the staff has even bothered to apologize for the wait time. This is unprofessional. I call the main line and spoke with Fredrick who seem to brush off my concern. They really need to do better.

Everytime you call they make you wait about half an hour until someone picks up. When you’re there you wait an hour to get called another half an hour in the room alone. Half an hour more just to get the release papers which the information is always wrong. I got Nexplanon there in my right arm and the papers they gave me says it was inserted in my left arm They have my address wrong where I use to live in 2005 lol I keep telling them to change it but they never do.Worst place ever.

Black man in the front deck has has a very bad attitude with Patients every person that went to sign in was treated in a bad way next time I go in for my appointment I’m going to record him on the low and post it up.

Horrible experience My mother in law was not feeling well and I took her here. After filling the initial paperwork they said the doctor was not able to see her and send us to another clinic. This was at 2 Pm and there was only one person in the waiting room. They just dont care so if you want to receive real medical attention do not go there
