As of late no one answers the phone no matter what number you select as directed by the automated system. I had to physically go to the office to speak to them about my dedication refills. Now I'm getting calls from my medication provider about them not able to reach the office either ...this is disappointing and annoying. Poor poor customer service 😢 😞 😪 😔 😕

Wonderful Cardiologist but horrible staff at returning calls or making appointment. Will be changing offices for this reason. No excuse.

Dr. Israel Galtes is the best cardiologist in Homestead, Florida. even though they are busy and full most of the time, my appointment's always go fast. Will always come here. Some staff needs work.

Doctor Israel Galtes is an excellent cardiologist. I have a valve in my heart. I need to take blood thinners for the rest of my life. Dr Israel was able to tell me medical stuff that other doctors hadn't mentioned just by looking at my medical records. He explained everything to me that I was able to understand. God bless him.

Great place! Professional and knowledgeable. I was able to do all my testing (plain stress test and echocardiogram ) at their location and not have to go anywhere else.

When I met Dr. Galtes five years ago, one of the first things he told me is that his aim was to get me well! This was a first impression that I have shared with many people. It was a stark contrast to another "respected" cardiologist in town that wanted to put me on all sorts of meds!
