My husband’s hearing aids were not working at all! I called for an appointment at 2 pm Friday thinking it would be next week before they could see him. Instead, we were told to come in in an hour and they would work us in. During the exam, it was discovered that both hearing aids needed to be repaired so they were put into the mail before the end of the day. Thank the excellent customer service!
