Optical Outlets's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment here and it went well. The trial contacts that they sent me home in, I didn't even get a chance to determine if they were going to work for me before two boxes of pretty expensive contacts were ordered. 10 minutes after my appointment I called to let them know that these contacts were not going to work and I was told no worries we'll send them back and get a credit for them. I went in for a recheck with a new doctor the following week and went home with a different trial pair of contacts. The second trial pair are way less expensive contacts so I called to get a refund and was told they really couldn't do that. At this moment, unless this issue is corrected, I cannot recommend this office for your eye needs. Both doctors that examined me were wonderful, and everyone in the office is friendly but I don't appreciate them spending my money without my approval and then being told not to worry about it it's okay, and then refusing to give me a refund. So once again until this issue is cleared up I will not recommend this place to anyone that I know.

I waited weeks for an appointment, even took a day off of work… when I arrived they told me the dr was out. Though they claimed to call all I received was a text 2 hours prior to my appointment confirming it… they had nothing to say other then they “called” and would not work out anything with me to get me in… they actually told me to just request another day off from my job to accommodate them! They were rude and indifferent to the fact that I had waited a month to for the appointment, with broke glasses, all to come in and have my appointment canceled. I understand things happen but more steps should have been made to help our clients who need to be seen. I found a GREAT place with amazing staff down the road who reworked their schedules to help me… Thank you MezMerEyes Optical for going over and beyond to help get me in!

My girlfriend was in need of new glasses and Glynis "Boss Lady" did a very good job with making her feel comfortable and made recommendations that fit her style and personality. Definitely recommend Optical Outlets for optics needs.

I'm very pleased with our visit today. The first lady that checked us in and got us ready for the doctor was amazing . She explained everything to us. Then Mr Mark made my daughter very comfortable being it was her first time having an eye exam. Ms. Glynis Rector help my daughter and I pick out frames that fit our faces nicely. She then went above and beyond by finding my daughter had insurance that I was not aware of through our health insurance plan. Because of her she saved us lots of money. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hard work.

I want to take this opportunity to say Thank You to everyone that I came in contact with at this office location especially Quest who was very courteous and professional. The process time was fantastic!

Went in with my daughter today and Glynis gave her an amazing deal she gave her a pair fully loaded and a free pair with her insurance glynis went above and beyond we will defenitly go back and ask for her.

Alisa and Gwenyth helped me order my updated prescription in the same pair of glasses (which I loved) that my dog ate like two years ago! Their knowledge and experience exceeded my expectation and I am very happy to soon be in my fav pair of glasses again! When I am ready to make my next purchase (a pair in black I lost in my house 1 year ago) I will be back to see those two for help! Thanks again! -maybe i should get a lanyard too...hmmm🤓

My family and I have been going here for many years and we love the staff and doctors. Very friendly, especially Glynis! She always goes over and beyond to find the best deal and fit for my family.

We are from out of town and my husbands nose piece broke on his glasses. So stopped in here to get some help. Was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. They replaced the nose pieces in 2 min and wasn’t charged at all. I highly recommend this place for fast friendly service. Thanks again ladies.
