I do NOT recommend. He dropped the ball. He sent me for an MRI of my kidney & never called or followed up. A month later I got my hospital records myself & had renal cancer! Obviously I had a different urologist do a partial kidney removal.

Dr Desai “bum rushes” his patients. He is in and out in about two or three minutes with time for only what he has to say. I had to stop him half way out the door with a question. Every one is working to move patients in and out so fast, my pathology report was entered wrong in his system. When I tried to tell him I had a copy, he would not listen to me. I will never go back.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Desai when I went with my husband to his appointment. The staff was great as well. Alisha answered all of our questions and was very professional and knew what she was talking about. Both her and the Doctor made myself and my husband feel very comfortable and eased any worries we had.

Dr. Desai and Dr. Kumar are in my opinion two of the best urologist around they are very patient caring and they listen to you versus any other doctor that wants to put you on medication on top of medication they took care of all my issues without having to jump through hoops and hurdles to get taken care of, so all I have is good things to say and I recommend them to anybody that has any Urology issues at all because you will get the the best care that you can receive from a urologist. And I have been to many of them that just don't care just want to put you on medicine and send you on your way these two doctors are not like that and I highly recommend them if you want to be heard instead of someone just telling you here take this pill it'll fix you. Thank you so much for everything! : )
