Dr Janaka took over my care after surgery for Papillary Thyroid Cancer which was performed by Dr Clayman at Clayman Institution in Tampa . She has been striving to get all my levels normal and is making great progress . What I like most about Dr Janaka is she cares ! She listens and she strives to perfect . Absolute amazing Dr ! I highly recommend her !

Dr Janicka caught very early thyroid cancer with an ultrasound. Then a decade later has been managing new onset type 1 diabetes with great expertise. So grateful to have this doctor in my life. Would definitely recommend.

I had a follow-up appointment with doctor Jennica diabetic doctorI was sick in bed and out of itForgot to make a phone call to let them know that I could not go to my appointment because I was sickWhen I was feeling better I made my phone call to make another appointmentThe lady told me I had to speak with somebody else about the appointmentI said okayWhen I spoke with the lady the lady told me that doctor janica told her to tell me she will not see me anymore because I missed my appointment was a no-show and forgot to call I tried to explain myself but she's already wiped me off the base of the map to where I could not see doctor Jennica no more I don't think it was very nice to wipe me off the face of the map because the person was sick in bed and forgot to call

Dr. Janicka is by far the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever met. In four years under her care, I lost 75 pounds and my A1C was so well controlled (5.1) that I didn't even feel like a diabetic anymore! She actually takes the time to listen to her patients and work with them to try to ensure their success! Anyone would be hard pressed to find a better doctor!

She correctly diagnosed my medication problem and lowered the dosage to the perfect amount of medication for me to feel normal again. Everything she suggested I do to improve myself worked. I highly recommend Dr. Janicka to anyone who needs a thyroid doctor.

Unfortunately I must poorly rate this office due to their poor service. I was recommended Dr. Janicka by a friend, however after multiple attempts to schedule an appointment I'm incredibly disappointed. Every time i have called I have received the same answering machine, and it doesn't matter what time of day i call. The machine prompts you to leave a message with your contact information, which i have done every single time but have never received a call back. I'm not sure if it's just an incredibly lazy staff or if their system is actually broken. I would have loved to had the chance to work with this Doctor if not for the poor system in place. With how impossible it is to even become a patient I wonder how difficult it must be to be an existing patient who may just be calling with a question because of the lack of any sort of response.
