Not sure what is happening with this office / phone system! I have left 6 messages on Dr. Pinero’s line for Amanda and have not gotten a call back. My medication has to be approved by my insurance. A pre-approval form must be submitted by the Dr, i am about to be out of my medication. Help!

Terrible office staff. Extremely nasty! Always have an attitude. Even if you approach them with kindness and respect, they always give you lip. No regards to patient care. The physician himself doesn’t seem interested in taking care of the individual patient. Just a blanket “one for all” problem solving approach.

First let me say Dr.Pinero is amazing. Secondly, I was there months ago with 6 nodules on my thyroid. The office was supposed to call me back with the cash price of the results to be “read.” I have called the office four times since my visit and told I have to guess or just assume a price. Nobody has helped me. Therefore I can’t have this test done. So was a waste seeing the dr. The office staff needs more training on patient care.

Dr Pinero-Pilona is an excellent Dr. My sister has been his patient for over 10 years. I met him today and was impressed how he listens to your concerns. He advises but doesn’t push. He recommends in a respectful way. (Unlike any Doctors I encountered in my 2 years living in FL) the office is very clean, easy in/out, parking available and staff friendly. Highly recommend this Dr and office.

My first visit the girl at the front desk was nasty/rude/. She became the mask police. My second visit was nice. The NP/PA Rocked. - now I have an appt 7/25 that I need to cancel . They tell me well we wont be able to get yo in until Sep or Oct. At that point I said I will get another doctor. I do not understand why people have to be so rude and nasty. I am a customer. Show some empathy and compassion. If you hate your job move on. Don't take your attitude out on me. Jim Colucci

Dr. Pinero is very thorough. He gathers the tests and facts, then is very deliberate in making a plan. I felt he was very good at explaining what is occurring in my body and how we are going to make adjustments.
