Pleasant good job thankyou
Amaurys Ramirez, courteous respectful one of the best dentists I have ever met and wonderful staff.
The Clinic's crew is just a group of excellent professionals, with a great sense of responsibility and commitment. The Higienist is an exceptional professional. The front desk secretaries are given to help and get your schedules to be accomplished. This Coast Dental Clinic is my preferred one.
To start the woman upfront who was also the woman I spoke to on the phone was condescending and rude. Then when I get there and go back to get my X-rays I spend 20 min doing so and move to the next room to see the hygienist. That room was filthy. There was dust and debris everywhere and the tools they were using out of the bag did not look new or sterilized. Then it was time for the dentist to look at my teeth and my X-rays were lost. So they took 15-20 min figuring that out and no one said anything to me. Ultimately the dentist came and told me my teeth were fine and I would need a normal cleaning to be scheduled another day. Fast forward to my cleaning appointment.. I go in to another filthy room, hair from someone else in the chair, tools not looking sterilized and dust and debris Everywhere. The man cleaning my teeth was very rough with the water flossing. He was pulling on my lips to gain better access to my teeth and it really hurt. The water was going EVERYWHERE. I felt like I was drowning. I had it up my nose, in my eyes, leaking down my neck. I tried desperately to dry my face with the neck cloth but that too was soaked. He said to me that was normal but I have NEVER had that type of pain or discomfort from the water flosser, ever. He also never rinsed my mouth from the powder cleaner he used and it was stuck all over my now chapped and irritated cheeks and lips. When I finished, my hair was soaked and I had mascara running down my face from the cleaning. Not to mention my gums felt like they were cut up. I will not be back to this facility. This was a very troubling experience overall and I highly suggest they make some serious changes to their staff and hire a professional cleaning service.
The folks working in this office are totally real people. Friendly and professional.
Friendly staff, great hygienist. Didn't have to wait long. Was over before I knew it!
Everybody was very nice. Clean place. Love the nurse she was awesome.
They were so kind and professional. Explained everything so i could make the choice of my treatment. Thank you.
It had been almost a year and I got a message that I owed them $100 or so and said that my insurance company only covered me going every six months I had not been in since January 27 of this year. I think that’s way past my six months but they could not tell me what else would I be being billed for
It was a long wait. Only one person in the workplace in the back. Tools that go in your mouth don't look sanitized. The dentist is virtual. On TV. Appointments are almost a month apart. Then they change your insurance Nd charge you as well. I don't think so! Be aware!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
