List of Darshan V Patel's Reviews
Doctor was condescending and uninformative. I had to call and cancel an appointment only to be hung up on multiple times. This Doctor also took a very long time to sign off on my MRI results. I do not recommend. *** Door for Apple Valley location is very heavy and makes Accessibility difficult
I was a patient of Dr Darshan Patel and I simply cannot force myself to go back to that office. Lost test results. No follow up appointments, rude staff who continuously put you on hold and leave you there for simply trying to get the results of my test I had back in February. I have been lied to as well. I have begged them to send my test results back to my primary and to date that hasn't been done as well. Maybe i just need to start over with a new one so before I see my primary I would like to know who others are comfortable with. Thanks in advance
Dr.. Darshan V. Patel has been my EP for a few years. He and his team performed my pacemaker procedure. Dr. Patel is an excellent EP. He is caring and very professional. I highly recommend him.
This doctor's office is horrible. I usually have a decent amount of patience, but this place really takes the cake. Idk how people can put up with this. Had an apt at 930, and was in the waiting room form about 50 minutes before they took me to my room. Now I'll be waiting another hour before the doctor sees me. Then he'll spend about 5 minutes with me for my prescription refill. Yes, I've tried calling to see if they can just issue it over the phone, but the call was never returned. So here I am, spending 3 hours of my day waiting for something that takes 5 minutes to do, probably less. I really hate this place. The doctors seem half baked to me too. I just need them to fill my prescriptions. I need to actually spend some time looking for a decent set of doctors in the desert. These are cutting it. I would absolutely NOT recommend them. You have been warned.
This is frustrating to say the least. I would like a new neurologist, except for the fact it's a super big pain in the arse. I only need my meds prescribed, so you wouldn't think it'd be that difficult. Here's my issue with this operation: Staff is literally terrible with scheduling and call backs. I called several times after the doctor told me to get blood work done (which I got done) and received no call backs. Finally, after getting a response today...they're now saying I need ANOTHER EEG. This is why I'm upset. There was NEVER any mention in conversation between myself and the doctor saying I needed another one. I don't mind doing the tests, but from my point of view it feels like I'm just getting my chain jerked around like I'm some sort of chump. Then they have the audacity to claim I had a no show when I never agreed to or even acknowledged that I had such an apt. So now they shift the blame on me when I had no idea. Great work over there guys! (Yes, that's dripping with sarcasm) Honestly, if I felt like taking the time to get a new neurologist, I would. Until then....I'm gonna just stick with him long enough to get my meds done. Very dissatisfied with them. If you read this, look elsewhere for your neurologist so you don't suffer the same BS I'm going through.
Dr Patel did my grandmothers pacemaker in April, 2021. During these COVID times we were now allowed to visit with our Nanny as often as usual. What I really liked about him was after he met with her in the ICU he called me on the phone to explain what is happening and what the next steps were, then asked if I had any questions. After the procedure he called again to tell me how everything went and again asked if I had any questions. When I took her for her follow up again he went over everything and asked if I had any questions and when I did he answered all of them!! Thank you Dr. Patel!!
Visits are OK. I would not recommend the Spring hill office because you may be waiting there forever but the Hudson office is great and the staff there is very nice. I find Dr. Patel to be a little bit dismissive and I don’t appreciate that. My heart is not something I want to play around with and he put me on a medication that I am having very bad side effects from and when I mentioned it to him which I have multiple times his Answer was “that medication has no side effects”. That is absolutely not true anybody researching medication can see with the side effects are and there are hundreds of people leaving their reviews on the Internet after taking this medication that are having side effects like me and they have all gone off the medication and now feel better.
Worst Dr. ever, please don't take her kids there or for your self . I drove 2 hours . After 4 months of testing for my son, I finally had a appt today with dr to review the results , after waiting 2 hours all of sudden the system of there office was not working , and told me they won't be Abel to see me. Stuiped dr and untrained nurseing and front desk
Just left this "Drs" office. All I can say is this man has serious issues with talking down to women. He treated my daughter and I as if we were completely ignorant, told me I was in denial, that he wouldnt speak to me anymore regarding questions of how hes determined my grandson is high functioning Autistic, or "selective mutism", or "severe ADHD". This was his diagnosis based on the fact that he had to sit in the office for 2 hours, hot, sweating, nothing to do, not even a paper towel to wash your hands or a tissue to blow your nose. This place and this Dr need to seriously go back to school and learn how to properly speak to clients, and have bedside manners. And furthermore, they charged us for the lab results. Dont do it!
My boyfriends appointment was at 12:00 he didn't get called in till more than an hour later and now we've been waiting in our room for over an hour appt was at 12 got here a few minutes before that and now it's 2 and still haven't seen the doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
