Dr. Leigh and staff are awesome. She runs a friendly and professional office. I had a problem with my first hearing aids and she promptly replaced and tuned up the new ones in no time. Extremely pleased with the whole experience.

I am so grateful to have Dr Leigh Smith as my audiologist. She took her time giving me a comprehensive hearing test and found specifically what hearing loss I have in each ear. She explained the findings and fitted me with new hearing aides. The minute I put them on I was astounded at the quality of hearing. I’ve had them about 2 weeks now and my tinnitus has improved as well. Dr Leigh made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I will be recommending Florida Audiology to anyone who needs a quality hearing test and hearing aides. My life is so much better with these hearing aides that Dr Leigh personally programmed for my needs.

Dr Smith is very knowledgeable and friendly. She took her time and thoroughly explained everything so I could understand. It has been a very pleasant experience and I'm so grateful to be able to hear so much better 🙏. Her receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming.

It is never easy being told that your hearing loss is permanent. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful and I would recommend Florida Audiology highly. I am editing this because I would give Dr Smith a higher score than 5 stars for her understanding of my frustration of not being able to hear. It takes a special kind of doctor to show that much compassion. Thank you

I cannot say enough good things about Florida Audiology Associates. Dr. Leigh Smith is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She’s also very caring and patient. My husband received superior care.

Dr. Leigh Smith was awesome!! She explained everything to me and I was astonished after the exam and after demo hearing aids to hear clearly things I have been missing. Will be returning to get my new aids and she explained everything on how to operate them. Would recommend her to anyone.

Leigh & the Receptionist was Great with Customer Service. Leigh answered all the questions I had. They were very knowledgeable even about my Medical Insurance. They made me so comfortable with such Professional Customer Service. I have hearing aids since 2016. Florida Audiology is the BEST one I ever had. Really surprised on how the excellent super service I received today Thank You so Much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
