Not only the rudest Dr I’ve ever met but also one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He couldn’t be bothered to respond after I said good morning. Twice !!! Very rough pulling and twisting my ears. No communication or explanation of cause or cure for chronic exess ear wax. Upon leaving I witnessed one of his staff yelling across the room at an obviously confused senior citizen patient in the waiting room. I don’t know what the problem was, just saying.

Office staff is untrained and uninterested in the practice or patients. Need to be sent home, for good. Wasted our morning and cost the doctor a patient.

Ofc staff not willing to even answer phones, I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and not 1 person ever came to line!! I was trying to set up a 1st appointment but after this horrible display from his staff I hung up and decided to look elsewhere for a place where the staff takes job seriously and respects the people who are calling in....I still can not believe staff would keep anyone on hold over 5 min and not even come on for a min to say sorry to keep you holding and explain they are very busy and to please wait a little longer.... That's just plain inconsiderate, rude, unprofessional and sets a bad example towards Dr himself since his staff is 1st contact. I work for a Healthcare company and this type of behavior would NEVER be tolerated

The doctor quoted one price and then I get a bill that is over three times the amount. The staff was unprofessionally handling the matter

Ignore the bad reviews. I did and have a great game plan for my issues. You can trust Dr.Gaither and his professionalism. Very straight forward doctor and exceeds in his practice. Caring & very thorough. Sincerely, Saul

I would not recommend this doctor’s office to my worst enemy. They have an issue with their fax knowing it is a known issue with communication between them and the primary doctor. Very unprofessional office.

My first visit there they were extremely rude told me I was a liar and discussed my Personal information out at the checkout desk and while we were there at the checkout desk he blew his nose and threw the Kleenex on the counter beside the computer and this was during the coronavirus break outIf I could give zero stars I would
