Thanks for having integrity. Your courage is duly noted as you take on a corrupted system. The hospital should be singing your praises instead of discouraging honesty, and I will be letting HCA know that I'm not happy and they need to do better.

I had 2 back surgeries by Dr.G. The Dr. was great. Both were a success. He did a great job. His staff was helpful everything I needed them. I would hesitate to have another surgeon do any other work.

Dr. G is very professional, caring, very experienced at what he does. The whole experience went well! I had back surgery and now I am back to walking without a cane or walker. His staff was very nice and pleasant!

The day before my appointment they attempted to reschedule. I was unable to do so, as a result my appointment remained the same. I arrived on the day of my appointment and from the moment I walked into the door they made every attempt to get me to leave & reschedule. It was One rapid excuse after another. The doctor can’t open my images, they are in Spanish so he can’t read the notes, the credit card machine is broken so we need cash…. I have a physical situation that is declining, so I really needed some direction. However, at the point I still thought I would be seen, my husband said there is no way we are letting them treat you. The energy was off, front desk service was just that bad, disorganized & quite frankly rude. Once I told her I would send my husband to get the $230 cash for the copay she finally says, “We can’t see you.” I told her something is clearly wrong in here & I won’t be back.
