If there’s option that 0/5 stars I would pick 0 for this office. I took my parents there for physical check-up and I did check with the insurance before I took them there. But the office didn’t bill their insurance under annual checkup (they billed under visit for the sickness instead). After receiving the bill, I called the insurance and they said because the office bill under different kind of claim that why insurance not cover, they told me just call the office and have them resubmit under wellness health (which is physical checkup) they will cover. I called the office 3 times and they said that they would resubmit it for me. After a month I haven’t heard anything back. I called the office again and Mr.Thong (who introduced himself as the manager there) told me to bring the bill to the office and he would call the lab to get them rebilled for me. It's been over 2months now haven't heard anything. So tired of coming back and forth so many times over 4months without resolving anything

I came in for an annual check up. He asked if I have any concerns, I said maybe check my cholesterol. When I received the billing from my insurance, he quoted that I have high cholesterol, that I have to pay for my copay, because it’s not an annual physical exam anymore.
