I met Dr Martin in the most unfortunate circumstances. I had a medical procedure by another Dr that had horrific results, and gangrene had developed in my right foot. Dr Martin was called in to clean up the other Dr's mess. Dr Martin explained to me what needed to be done and what to expect. My right foot and lower leg had to be amputated. This was the absolute last thing I wanted to hear, but he reassured me that modern prosthetics and physical therapy would give my life back. Then I was diagnosed with a blood disorder after the amputation that slowed my healing, but he handled the situation and made sure I continued to heal. He and his staff ( nurse Laura and Denise) have treated me with kindness and respect. You won't find a better doctor. Dr Martin.....Laura.....Denise.....Thank You so much.

He WAS a great surgeon but now he does as his office staff describes as "easy" surgeries now.

Dr. Martin is an excellent surgeon who went above and beyond for my 87 year old Mom, performing surgery on a Saturday night for bowel obstruction. As a biostatistician at medical schools (University of Pennsylvania, Thomas Jefferson), I can attest that he is the rare physician who combines medical/ surgical expertise with a wonderful warm and caring personality. Five star + recommendation!!!

Dr Martin did surgery on my carotid artery, he is very upbeat and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon I highly recommend him he has a great bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly after meeting him in the ER I knew I was in good hands

Doc Martin did major hernia surgery on my husband John. He's a fantastic doctor surgeon. Great bedside manner! Highly recommend! He also removed our son's gall bladder!
