Medexpress Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I was seen there for a stye and was very disappointed and mistreated. Right off the bat their front desk is very rude and does not even acknowledge you when you come in. I was then brought into a room to have my vitals taken by a nurse, she was the the only pleasant one. I was then put into another room to see the Nurse Practitioner Lisa. I usually like seeing nurse practitioners because they're very knowledgeable and have Better bed side manners than doctors. As soon as Lisa came in, she was very rude, did not even greet us once she came into the room, did not let me talk what so ever about the situation. The greeting that I got was “ what’s wrong “, she continued to diss the fake lashes that I had and I was only consulted for about less than 5 minutes. After, I got walked out of the room, was told that an antibiotic cream was going to be sent to the pharmacy and was never sent, I had to call the office around 5 times to finally get me prescription sent over. I myself work in the medical field and I am very disappointed in how this nurse practitioner is treating patients. If you go, make sure you get someone other than Lisa But I really just don’t recommend this place what so ever. Update: I decided to look for another opinion, turnes out the medication that I was given I did not need & I was misdiagnosed. I cannot be more disappointed of this place.

Fast and got what I needed done !

Check in was fast! The registrar told me to come back 5 minutes before my appointment to complete my registration. The only disappointment was having to wait an hour after my appointment time. First world problems! I'll be back.

Easy Fast Professional

What is the point in scheduling an appointment if they can't stay on the schedule. I just needed a revisit to look at my finger I had hurt previously. While waiting almost thirty minutes after my scheduled appointment time I can hear all the employees laughing and giggling in the back. I normally go to the urgent care on ridge and little, after this visit I will continue to go that one instead of this one it just keep getting worse by the years it's here. Please hire a better and caring staff because theses one just hear the money coming.

HORIBLE! Went in for a drug screen. 3 hrs. later, I used the waiting room restroom and left. I have 3 email addresses. The one I gave them started getting plastered with spam minutes after giving them one, and the other two are fine. Coincidence?

Don’t go near closing time! Your exam will likely be a waste of your time and money as they rush you out of the building having it shut down and dark before you reach your car.

THEY REFUSE TO SEE MY HUSBAND ASKING FOR APPOINTMENT ONLY I THINK THIS IS RIDICULOUS. So something could have been seriously wrong with my husband and they did not want to see him that is wrong if your urgent care you see everyone walk in’s and appointments they are horrible
