Dr. Manning IS the best! Could not read "Northern Trust Bank" on top of the white building from the St. Pete's Pier before I went to Dr. Manning but after... Left eye 20/15 and right eye 20/20. Painless. Super friendly people. Clean. Excellent!

I couldn't be more satisfied with my cataract surgery performed by Dr. Manning. I have a scar on the retina of my left eye. I was scared to have anyone do anything to my right eye. Dr. Manning was recommended to me by several people & I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Manning has been very professional from the beginning and put me at ease right away. I now have 20/20 vision in my right eye at the age of eighty. I feel so grateful to this wonderful doctor & would highly recommend him to anyone. Millie

Dr. Manning recently performed cataract surgery on my eye as well as put in a glaucoma drain and corrective lens. He was great. I had some swelling in my eye that caused issues that scared me 2 days later on a Sunday. I called his office and he returned my call within 15 minutes on a Sunday. I was so impressed. He also caught that Walgreens forgot to fill my antibiotic drops which could have been terrible. He cared and was very professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My son needed to have a small surgery and Dr. Manning did an amazing job. He was kind and patient as well which means nearly as much to me. I will see him for absolutely everything either of us needs in the future. Highly recommend.

I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Manning on April 27, 2012. I am overwhelmingly pleased with my results! Being that I'm an eye doctor myself, I researched all of my options and trusted Dr. Manning and his results as a surgeon. Best decision ever! I've worn glasses since I was in second grade and contact lenses since the age of 12.. and now I see 20/20 without the use of glasses or contacts! It's amazing! Thanks Gulfcoast Eye Care and Dr. Manning!
