I have been having trouble breathing for 7 years & made to feel I’m crazy, today I finally got an answer & I’m not crazy. I have been diagnosed with Bradycardia & it causes breathing issues & Dr Chadda finally found me an answer to something that most doctors couldn’t find. I’m so excited to have an answer after 7 years!

Dr Chadda and his nurse practitioner and his behind the scenes staff are wonderful! But his front end leaves much to be desired . They don’t give him important messages and they don’t call you back when you ask them to get back with you when you ask them to respond . So all in all Dr Chadda is great . But his front end staff need an overhaul.

Location: basically easy to locate if you’re familiar with Bayonet Point Hospital complex. Parking is ridiculous, had to park in the grass, thank goodness we own a 4x4 truck.Doctor and his ARNP are friendly, polite. Time spent with both of them in the room is usually 5-10 minutes every visit. ARNP seems to do most of paperwork/computer entry after Doctor leaves room.Front office is okay. Not too organized. Could use a bit more Customer Service skills, understand they’re busy, but I’ve worked in a Doctors office before and busy or not, you can always give service with kindness and a smile.Would recommend Dr. Chadda due to his knowledge and skills.But, honestly not sure I’ll return.

Waited quite awhile to be seen, but it was worth it. Dr. Chadda is a caring and excellent doctor, and the nurse practitioner was thorough.
