Where to begin?? I have had a month long nightmare.I came thru ER to Bayonet Hospital. Great care and accurate diagnosis. Hospital stay CCU excellent.The real problem which overtakes the good is the dysfunctional office of these three electrophyiologist.First: follow up with a LPN after pleading to be seen.Second : with ekg pacer tech..no MD.Third: after FIVE weeks post after much pleading. .. with MD....admit to hospital.ALL THAT TIME I AM BEGGING TO BE SEEN BY MD.Second hospital admission. ..another good experience with this great place.At this point still cant get follow up with md.I was told no md is available. .I can see the LPN..who will read my ekg....if she sees anything they will send To a md but no guarantees that he will read it or get back to me...I AM NOT KIDDING.I made another appointment with a Clearwater electrophyiologist to clear this mess up.Hope everyone reads this and stays away..

My experience with Dr . Jimenez was more than pleasant considering my situation for being there. He made me comfortable immediately and he was very clear in all explanations of my diagnosis and treatment options. His staff was also very pleasant and professional.

I like this doctor because he spend time with the patients. But the staff in the front desk are very rude and always had some excuse when you call for some problem.

Wait time of hours + late to see the doctor on three different occasions with no communications from his staff on status of your appointment. Front office Staff is rude and incompetent Excuse for lateness is always 'he had an emergency '.
