Waited about 5 weeks for appointment . Showed up for my 1pm appointment at 1pm. First and only patient in office. Slowly more patients arrived and were brought to exam rooms while I sat for 30 minutes being ignored in waiting room. After complaining, I was put in exam room and ignored for another 30 minutes. Finally, after being ignored for an hour and watching later arriving patients being treated, I left. Would only recommend this practice to those who don’t mind sitting around and waiting while being ignored

My husband has been trying to obtain a voice prostesis through Dr. Brown for a year literally. Dr Brown said he could order it and put it in. My husband can’t speak without it. The following couple of months after he saw Dr. Brown I made many phone calls to the office only to be told someone would call me back but most of the time no one called back. Meanwhile my husband can barely speak. This went on so long my husband forgot and no one ever called with any further info from the Drs. office. Now I have never met this man before, so I go to the appt. with my husband because he has severe communication issues and I want to be sure they can understand him as I have become okay at reading his lips. Enters Dr. Brown. Has an apparent attitude with me from the start. He is treating my husband yet he is glaring at me the whole time. Snaps back at everything I say. Very hateful condescending man with no communication skills. Shortly after he walks in he asked my husband if he really needs a replacement. A thoughtless question considering he has been trying to get it for a year. I asked him what was the snare that was taking so long? He stood from his chair and barged over to me shouting it was all my fault for not following up. I can’t make his staff return my calls. Then he asked us both to leave. He made my husband leave even though he has been waiting over a year for the prosthetic,in light of the knowledge that there are few if any doctors in the area that can treat him.

Can't say enough about this surgeon, he's fantastic! Great bedside manner, listens to you and explains things until you understand😊. He's compassionate and there for you when you need him. His staff is also pretty awesome.

Muy decepcionante la forma que trataron a mi esposo, le dijeron que no querían atenderlo porque se demoró la aprobación del MCR . Quizás sea que como latino no es digno del doctor La asistente del médico aún peor Tienen 5 estrellas en educación, falta de ética, y peor aún, increíble que un médico se niegue a atender a un paciente Será que el juramento hipocrático es una utopía? Dios nos ampare The way they treated my husband was very disappointing. They told him that they did not want to treat him because the approval of the MCR was delayed. Perhaps it is that as a Latino he is not worthy of the doctor The physician's assistant even worse They have 5 stars in education, lack of ethics, and even worse, incredible that a doctor refuses to treat a patient Could it be that the Hippocratic oath is a utopia? God help us

Office staff, nurse, and Dr. Brown were all fantastic and very knowledgeable!

If you require an ENT, I highly recommend Dr. Brown. His office staff is very efficient. Dr. Brown is excellent !

Run away from here, Battling sinus and throat issue 1 year to go here in desperation for help on second opinion after already had ent confirm everything, to be told get ct then talk with my Dr behind my back to tell me nothing is wrong and my ct scan was wrong, then still have to wait 4 weeks for cd review, , already in remission for cancer, plz go somewhere else

Dr. Brown is a very dedicated and knowledgeable ENT. The doctor surgically inserted tubes in my ears to help drain excessive fluid located behind the eardrums.
