IF YOU ARE YOUNG OR HAVE TATTOOS, FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!! Let me preface by saying the young, male nurse (I think- don’t remember his name) was the only positive about my experience. He actually listened to my health concerns and was overwhelmingly kind. On the other hand, I have never felt more judged by a doctor & staff than my first and last visit to Dr. Venu’s office. From the moment Dr. Venu walked in the room, I felt his judgement. As we sat and talked, I couldnt help but notice he could NOT stop staring at my arm with tattoos. In our (maybe) 5 minute, pointless conversation, his only conclusion was “I’m not sure what it could be, aside from marijuana use” which IMMEDIATELY told me everything I need to know. I practically had to beg for additional testing, which he agreed to and said I could schedule it at the desk as I was leaving. I stood there for almost 5 minutes in silence before the woman looked up at me and said “So, do you want me to schedule this for you?” …. Isnt that your job? After some back and forth, she gave me the numbers for some labs so I could do her job for her. I guess I was an inconvenience. I’m honestly shocked at the unprofessional behavior from 99% of the office staff and will not be returning.
I called Dr. Venu’s office to get a detailed receipt of my office visit to provide to my FSA account. I spoke with Rebecca who was rude and acted almost inconvenienced that I was calling. She advised the office manager, Tara, would have to call me back, Tara refused to provide me with a receipt and said I could call their third party insurance billing and get it myself. I asked her as a office manager isn’t that a service she should be willing to help with and provide to the patient and she said “no”! She also used a “whatever” when I mentioned following up with Dr. Venu and a Yelp review. I found both women, Rebecca and Tara, to be very unprofessional and rude to be working in any medical setting with patients in person or by phone.
HAS BEEN MY PHYSICIAN FOR YEARS AND I ALWAYS KNOW THAT HE TAKES ALL THE TIME I NEED AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL.... ALWAYS TALKS TO ME FACE TO FACE AND NOT TO THE LAPTOP WHICH IS A WELCOME CHANGE THESE DAYS !!
Went to him in October and was completely unhappy with the care I was given.
He took all the time we needed to understand my health history. We had to wait 45 minutes after our appointment time to see him, but I'm OK with that because that means he's not rushing people in and out. The office is nice, staff is great, and I'm happy to have found him!
Its all about the money. no ticket no laundry. If you do not have money to cover what the plan doesnt your dead in the water. And they dont try and help you out.
He's like the walking dead!.. Has a flat affect and really did nothing to help. Too cheep to hire more than 1 office person and she is overwhelmed
absolutely! very knowledgeable and takes all the time you need from him to answer all your questions
has been my physician for many years knowledgeable and professional takes all the time you need immaculate office and exceptional office staff
was referred by a friend and so glad very kind and professional, explained everything never felt rushed

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
