Dr. Braden, you make it impossible to reach you. You make it impossible to contact the Clinic on a daily basis to speak to you or to anyone in particular. You have one of the worse Clinics I have ever had the experience to be registered with when it comes to communications with anyone and I guess the reason when phoning, the first thing a caller hears is the recording of "if this is an emergency call 911" because you know no one will answer the phone in advance of the calling person! NO ONE EVER ANSWER'S THE PHONES, NO ONE RETURNS MESSAGES ON YOUR USELESS PORTAL. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET AN ANSWER IN REGARDS TO ANY PRESCRIPTIONS. WHEN ASKING FOR A PRESCRIPTION BY WAY OF YOUR PORTA MESSAGING NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. HOW DO YOU POSSIBLY STAY IN BUSINESS, YOU HAVE THE WORSE REPUTATION AS A CLINIC EVER KNOWN TO THE RESIDENTS OF AVE MARIA AND WHAT CAN WE EXPECT OF A HOSPITAL HERE OF THE SAME REPUTATION.
