Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Receptionist hung up the phone, called back again with them hanging the phone again. Very poor etiquette.

My wife and self love our doctors at this practice but the office staff is totally unsatisfactory. We are trying to find an alternative. Prescriptions are never done timely and can not make contact with staff at any time . Just spent 48 minutes to finally have call dropped.

Was on hold for about 25 minutes nobody ever answered I finally got irritated enough to hang up all I wanted to do is find out what time my mother's appointment was thank God it wasn't an emergency that's just bad practice I mean I know they're busy but dang somebody answer the phone all you got to do is tell me what time her appointment is and I'll leave you alone makes me feel like they don't care about their patients that's pretty bad

Never able to get hold of a person when calling the office for appointment or question. Always must leave a message for call back. Answering service is in the Phillipines (confirmed by their office) and EXTREMELY difficult to understand. Not happy, but it is too complicated to change my PCP.

I just spent 15 minutes on hold with the Inverness office no one ever answered tried to call citrus springs office spent another 5 on hold before giving up and this is not the first time this has happened they never answer the phones if I could give a zero I would this is ridiculous

What a BAD joke,,,afraid to say anything because of his malpractice cases,,,looked me up and put wrong information in my medical records,,thought I was someone else with same name,,,lied about many things to insurance

I have been a patient here for over six years. Back then you could call and speak to someone right away to make an appointment or if you were having a medical problem that didn’t need the ER. For the past three DAYS I’ve been trying to reach somebody due to Severe pain in my right abdomen. To date I have not been able to get through, I’m told to leave a message. I have left messages with no return phone call. Guess I’m off to the ER.
