Horrible dr pill pusher and does not give her part of my medical history to my primary doctor so I can get my disability letter for my insurance.

If i could give her half a star im being nice. Worse dr i have ever gone to! She needs her licence revoked!! Tested me for something i knew i had years ago. Called ins co and told them about my visit! Beware!!

I had a CT of the brain done at Citrus County Hospital in November for recurrent bouts of Vertigo and the Neurologist (Beena Stanley) stood at the door and told me all my results were normal. She was very short with me and never came to my bedside to physically examine me. Was admitted again late December with the same issues and had a MRI of the brain and to my disdain, Mrs. Stanley was the onsite Neurologist again. I reminder her that she seen me in November and she adamantly denied ever seeing me despite there only being two Neurologists working and the other was a male so it was absolutely her! After my MRI she did come into the room but only examined me after my questioning her. She was VERY RUDE and argumentative and kept talking over me. She again told me that my tests all came back fine and that I DID NOT have any tumors or mass. I just went to Shans Hospital on 1-23-23 with the same issue and they did another MRI of the brain and found that I do indeed have a brain tumor! They could not explain why the Citrus County Neurologist (Mrs. Stanley) did not tell me that. She is a very rude and condescending Doctor. I would advise anyone that asks to steer clear of her.

Talk about an uphill battle trying to get anyone to do their job here. Tried for a week to schedule an appointment, but every time either "the person" wasn't there who can manage scheduling a simple appointment or no one at all would answer the phone. Doesn't matter if you leave a message because they don't call you back. Absolutely useless.

After Dr. Beena cancelling repeated appointment 4 to be exact , finally does do a tela visit . All she says is " You Have arthritis ,you need to see back doctor . That was it didnt explain anything or refer me . less then 30 seconds on phone .

Dr.Stanley is fantastic. Unfortunately, I must agree with the other 1 star reviews. I would bet that the doctor (s) haven't seen the reviews. I actually have one of the office workers call me and confront me aggressively about something that had nothing to do with her or her office. I was stunned and flabbergasted and did not know what to say when she called me and I am going through some issues between my ears - which many people are who have to come to a neurologist - and her aggressive phone call put me into a mental loop for over 2 weeks of straight negativity. They call me the day before an appointment and cancel it because they will not do anything with the insurance they want everybody else to do the work for them like the primary or whatever. My primary doctor said that's generally not how it's done, she said usually the specialist staff is the one that schedules MRIs and gets with the insurance and just everything else. Based on the reviews and my personal experience I have to agree with nearly everything that was posted. Again Dr Stanley was fantastic. Her bedside manners were awesome. Her delivery of not the greatest news in the world was done with feeling and care. In my personal experience I had to go see the doctor and speak with her about her staff not getting stuff done. She stressed to them that she wanted my stuff done as quickly as possible in my presence she did this. I'm speaking about the doctor. But nothing has changed with the staff. To be going through what I'm going through and not have an office staff that you feel comfortable with or you can trust is very disheartening
