I contracted HPV from an unnecessary and intentionally tortorous stent placement, which i woke up during, and the doctor did not prescribe painkillers for post-operative pain, thus requiring a trip to the ER later that night. The stents became infected badly and caused a lot of pain because he also failed to prescribe any antibiotics. The condition he said he was treating turned out not to be what was wrong. He said afterwards he didn't know what the problem was and could not explain his rationale for placing the stents upon discovering the situation was not what he thought it was. Also prescribed Rapaflo without any warning about its alarming sexual side effects. His office staffed joked about it when I went back to them asking about it.

I was greeted pleasantly and given clear and simple directions of what was needed of me at that point. Then called in by the nurse, Amber who was a pleasant, professional, efficient and and informative as one could ask. Amber completed her medical task and said that Dr Seneriz would be right in, and in a minute or two there was Dr Seneriz. The doctor was also very thorough, inquisitive of my condition, explained my medical info gathered while there, laid out what we needed to do the next 3 months and was also very efficient with his and my time. Walked me to the scheduling desk where Linda scheduled my next appointment, managed my co-pay, produced my invoice and next blood work request in an extremely pleasant and efficient manner. The total visit was very professional and informative.
