Of all the experiences with doctors, this was the worst. Had over 4 appointments with them and they STILL did not pull a single record from any of my tests. Dr. Silensky spends zero time with patients. I spent a huge amount of money for nothing. Don't go here.

Never heard of anyone in my life visiting a cardiologist and they don’t check your heart. Had a family member visit this week, they didn’t do even a basic EKG let alone 12 lead.

Dr Nerella is an extraordinary physician and a wonderful human being. He is always focused, professional, extremely competent and very friendly. Having experienced significant heart issues I can’t imagine where I would be today without Dr Nerella. Thank you Dr. Nerella and thanks to your highly efficient staff.

Dr and PA seems attentive and thorough, but this place cant handle the basics like answering the phone or filling scripts. They (Nursing staff) have hung up on me and my pharmacist repeatedly when calling for refills. Someone is either incompetent, quietly quitting or is just a lazy slob, who knows. Once they weed them out, this place will be pretty good. Until then, just hope they get your refill correct the first time, because you will wait multiple days for them to correct it. You wont receive an apology and will likely be chastised for having the nerve to follow up. Unhappy, nasty women who do not like interacting with other people must be the first line in the Nurse job description. It is inexcusable and the pharmacy is keeping tabs to submit a report for unprofessional conduct. Again the Dr.’s and the PA’s seem to be very nice and thorough, but quite frankly, my pharmacist is about the nicest guy you could ever speak to, so when she hung up on him, I knew it wasn’t me being impatient or in a bad mood. This is a legitimate problem this place has to handle. Three of my family members are currently patients and we are all looking elsewhere for care.

Dr Nerella always cancels appts. To reschedule takes a month. I vote "no confidence" in dr Nerella. I am looking for another cardiologist.

Dr. Nerella is an amazing doctor. He is kind and so caring. He really cares about his patients. He's never in a hurry. Always takes time to listen. Explains everything so wonderfully. I'm throughly blessed to have a doctor like him. Thank you, Dr. Nerella!
