List of Opti-Mart's Reviews
Julie was excellent. When she discovered that I needed a bifocal that they could not provide, she did her best to try and find me another place that could. She was kind, personable and professional. I definitely recommend Opti-Mart.
they made time for me even though I thought my appt. was at 10a instead of 9a.
I visited this office to try contacts for the first time and they were so helpful and patient with me. Even though I was getting discouraged, Dr. Day and Yuly were determined to help me try them on. It was a big moment for me and I owe it to their patience and kindness.
Everytime I walk into the Optimart in Inverness I am welcomed with a warm smile from the three ladies who work in the front - Yuly, Dani, and Emily. They are always very nice and very helpful. They tend to everyone fairly quickly and I never have to wait long. If I ever have any questions or am unsure about what frames to choose they are always more than happy to help. Dr. Day is very nice, funny, and helpful. He always puts a smile on every customers face. I always leave very happy with my visit.
Very patient and helpful with any and all questions I had during it all...scheduling, at my appointment/during the exam (even when, last minute, I decided to add a pair of glasses) and then taught me how to use contacts bc it was my first time ever dealing with them haha. I'm so glad I went to this office and thankful for all the help I received during the entire process 🙌🏼
Doctor misdiagnosed a cataract in my eye and would not explain or answer my questions. Also, my wife had glasses made which she can’t use because one lens was wrong. Would not allow them to be returned nor offered to fix them. They kept trying to adjust the frames which didn’t help at all. Doctor also misdiagnosed her cataracts in both eyes. She went to a different eye specialist and is not preparing to have the surgery in both eyes while the optimart doctor told her she was at least 2 years away. He was very rude to her and wouldn’t explain her questions also.
I went here to get some glasses the other day. It was good prices and they have a wide selection of glasses to pick from. All the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! If I could give it 10 stars I would! I will definitely be coming back!
My son has been using Dr.Day for 3 years now and I'm very pleased! Staff is always courteous and respectful and if there is something I need to address on my end they make sure to let me know. 10/10 recommend.
My husband said that the doctor was knowledgeable and personable. I will mention, however, that as I sat in the lobby waiting for him, the employees carried on loud, negative, non-stop conversations about customers, which only makes the customers hearing all of this wonder what they'll say about them when they walk out the door.
The worst experience I have ever had from a medical office.. When I entered their office Ifelt verbally attacked stating I had no insurance and incorrect phone number by not 1, 2 or 3 employees but 3 plus physician. I had called my insurance company 1st to find out which companies were covered. Optimart was one. Then they called and found out that I was covered. After ordering 2 pairs and spending 194.00 I still cannot see. Answer it will take 2 years approximately to get cataract surgery so in the meantime...you will have to live with it. I said ...but I can't see and read signs. There is nothing they can do....REALLY. I would not recommend this office!!! (This is just a recap of their rudeness and unprofessional attitude). I hope they don't treat all seniors this way.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
