I have never in my life seen such a horrible doctor. Never have I seen someone be spoken to so poorly. Very unprofessional, very rude, very unkind.

I have never seen a (Doctor) act this way. Ulseth needs his license revoked and needs a mental evaluation. He is full of Rage, Anger, Hate and doesn't deserve to treat anyone. I encourage anyone who reads this review to please move on to another doctor.

This doctor needs his license revoked and that is an understatement. He is mentally unstable. Ulseth is Rude, Hateful and very Unprofessional.

Best Dr. I’ve met in Inverness, Dr. Ulseth pointed out things I did not realize about myself. To find aDr. who really cares about your overall well-being is truly a gift. I thank dr. Khan, another great dr for the Referal and I look forward to working with these two gifted Drs.For the first time since I left the hospital in 2019 I have hope.

Very rude, condescending and self righteous doctor. Made statements including words "hes the one with the doctorate" "depression causing your physical pain" kept marching in and out of the room and was very combative with my elderly mother. The most unprofessional doctor i have ever come across my entire life, he would not stop verbally abusing my mother i had to wheel her out of his office without her receiving any actual care. Save yourself and avoid this "doctor" at all costs. He should retire.

Strict but it was for my own good. He sat me down and explained to me how important it was to follow his advise if the meds I'm taking will work for me.The staff is great and if you want a pain doctor that will really help you and talk to you , it is him. I'm very happy with his service and I feel great.. Thanks Doc....

I have been treated very fair, But when you don't follow the rulesthat's what gets you in trouble. So keep that in mind. After all the staff has a hard job to do when it comes to figuring out who's abusing and who is using them correctly. Don't forget the state government and the federal government keeps an eye on him to make sure that reasonable dose is being given out. All the staff, I can say are very good people and do their job very well and professionally.Frank Simkins
