Receptionist very rude and told me to call my insurance provider myself with questions.

i never ever write a bad review, but this place deserves so much more. i went in with a broken foot, and from the start the receptionist was the rudest i have ever came across. so long story short, there was so much i experienced, i have medicaid and he told me i would have to pay fpr the shoe, ok fine, i go to pay with my credit card, and the receptionist said only cash it check. i said ok i only have debit, THEN the dr literally yells at me that when i called to make my appt she told me i had to pay in cash, no she never did and he argued with me literally ripped the shoe off and said to find another dr! literally kicked me out of his office arguing with me. now please, noone told me at their office i was going to need to buy this shoe!!!!! totally unprofessional, never have i broke a bone, and i am terrified enough as it is. and to be treated that way! this place should be shut down. how horrible to his poor patients he treat that way and may not even know it.

Never went never will. The person who answered phone was very rude and actually hung up on me after telling me to ask my insurance company my question.

I have been living in pain with my feet for 6 months no insurance so I had to pay someone to help 75 dollars later he had know idea 💡 very rude!!! The receptionist was awesome and helpful God 🙏 bless this lady🙌

mr matysik sir was very inconsiderate of the future of my mothers toe nail. used unclean tools & quickly after the procedure her wound became infected. CAN NOT CUT IN A STRAIGHT LINE! he disrespectfully left the smallest, crooked sliver of her nail. during the procedure she had warned him that she could still feel pain even after the numbing medicine & he was quick to disregard her words & carry on with the procedure. my mother has been in severe pain & had to go to the emergency room to get it treated because of the gross misconduct inflicted on her by mr matysik sir.

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. A family member of mine went to see him & his first words to them when he walked in were "here sign this consent form" without even looking at them or explaining what the consent form is for. When they said they were there for a different reason than he thought he told them they were "wasting his time". Then when this family member said they would be leaving he told them "well adios" because they're hispanic & insisted that they still pay. Horrible experience.

Dr. Thomas saw my daughter about this issue on her foot as she could no longer put presser on it to walk. He did a great job. The Office was wonderful as so.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life; I came in for a 2nd opinion and never received any treatment. Furthermore, Dr. Matysik is extremely rude; totally unprofessional; a disgrace to his profession. I will NOT recommend this man ! Homosassa - March 2020

Made an appointment for my son he was very helpful and quick. Caring too since my son has never had a needle in his foot, receptionist was very kind and talked to my son both times we went. Great place to go.

Extremely rude! I took my mom here to have her toenails cut and filed. She had a couple of questions she tried to ask him. His reply was You're not here for that ma'am. You'll have to make another appt. I have no Intention on taking her back. Not a nice man!
