Dr. Arnold bates I saw him May 17, 2023. Wait time normal especially when a lot of people need to see him, so yes, patience is always key. Came in for a visit with Dr. Bates who I have not seen since before COVID and I needed to let him know what was going on with my right shoulder. Dr. Bates was very professional, listened to me and cared about my issues. Requested that I have an MRI since the last one was over two years old.

My first visit with Dr Bates was for a torn meniscus. It was excruciating. I could put no pressure to step. I was determined to get on with meniscus surgery and he was determined I was to do physical therapy with meloxicam. I didn't want to hear it and I was not very cooperative because of intense pain. He stood ground on ths. I'm grateful that he did. Within a short time, the pain Has decreased dramatically and I'm ready to start therapy. I am back to walking fairly normally. I'm thankful that he was patient with me and knew 100% what I needed in spite of my belligence.. Thank you Dr Bates
