The equipment is antique They have so many appointments per hour that the employees are stressed to the max almost to a breaking point. Dont expect them to be nice or respectful because they dont have the time. There are a few exceptions the front desk girl is very nice but after that its all downhill. You would think for $6000 a minute yes thats about what they charge for the therapy that everyone would be a little bit nicer and really glad youre there but they dont care because they are so packed. The problem is the greed of the physicians and not wanting to relieve the pressure of an overworked and overbooked staff. I expect to see these people on the news one day soon about a major class action lawsuit as a result of them herding their patients through like cattle. Good luck with your treatment and remember there are alternatives.

Words do no justice to the word Cancer..upon diagnosis it consumes your entire world and how you view it. I couldnt ask for a better place to be than Ackerman Cancer Center. The ENTIRE staff and all their practices are top notch first class and VERY comforting. They really do care about you and everything you go through from the physical facets of cancer to the emotional breakdowns one would experience. They lay out a treatment plan consult with one another and get things done. I was devastated with my cancer diagnosis but I will tell you..I know Iam under the best care from the best team Their care is genuine and they are just as eager to kill the cancer as you are..♡ If you allow this center to treat you....you have a great advantage over the disease and a greater chance to beat it

We got the best experience when I took my mom to the Ackerman cancer center the staff were very friendly Dr.Scot Ackerman was awesome he gave us some good information he had a great sense of humor I would highly recommend anybody to come here

I underwent proton treatment 3 and a half years ago. The staff were compassionate caring and professional beyond description. I keep them in my daily prayers as an extension of my family. Dr Ackerman did a wonderful job surrounding himself with a higher level of quality nurses. I love them all. Rich Madsen

I have 20 years of experience with Ackerman Cancer and Dr. Ackerman. I had head and neck cancer 20 years ago and Im still here to tell how great they are.

The care I received from diagnosis through surgery and treatment was excellent. Doctors Scuderi and Jioti along with all the specialists operating sateoftheart imaging and testing and the supportive caring staff made my journey through invasive ductal carcinoma one that I knew I would survive. The Ackerman Center had cared for my mother a few years ago and I felt very comfortable and secure in going to the Center for my cancer care.

Not only the best medical experience I have had but the best experience I have had with any business. Dr Ackerman and his staff are simply the best and I received and continue to receive the best customer service I have ever received anywhere.I’m 2+ years out now from Prostate Cancer and doing great. The side effects were minimal compared to other treatment options.Putting my life in Ackermans hands was the best decision I have ever made.
