After I canceled my care with Adrianna she continued to speak with someone who happen to have a release. That person showed her symptoms following brain radiation-bunch of insults to someone-and I'm not even sure Adrianna knew about brain radiation. I was recommended to see Dr Vasquez as my last appointment for evaluation of double transplant process. I actually did not see Dr Vasquez at all. I was told I saw her RN, who grilled me profusely approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Berated me! After have been sat back on a bench In the waiting room was told to wait while her RN Reported back to the Dr Vasquez. I questioned how that may be and was told about 1/2 hour.. It was going noon and the office was empty. I told the receptionist at Drs entrance that I felt very uncomfortable and do Dr Vasquez’s patients usually go through this. She said she’d never witnessed this before and was highly unusual. So I kindly told her that I would be leaving. She thanked me wished and me the best of luck. So my point if you’re reading this Dr has no right to sign off on your case with notes of an purely an RN. The receptionist by the way immediately called patient experience to take a stand for me. I was totally unaware of her doing so until I reached my home 5 hours later. Thank you for reading. I hope this never has to happen to another patient at the stroke of Dr Vasquez. No I’m not having my double transplants at Mayo, Jacksonville, FL. A shame as Dr Vasquez is not a compliment to their beliefs.

She did not spend enough time (45 minutes) to make a good psychiatric evaluation. Made a decision based on one short interview. Rushed. Not pleasant.
