I'm very pleased to have Dr. Clapp as my primary care doctor. She provided excellent communication and listening skills. By pre-ordering some standard tests prior to our meeting, I found my first-time office visit useful and informative.

I’ve seen Dr. Clapp for about two years now. She is a great physician. She listens to me and considers my input as a patient. She does not knee jerk react, which is important to me. She talks TO me about my care, not at me. I can be 100% honest in my questions even if I think they might seem ridiculous, I’m no longer embarrassed to ask about my healthcare. I just come out and ask her. She is knowledgeable and will tell me if what I’m asking makes sense and she explains why it makes sense (or doesn’t). She is calm and kind. I truly hope she continues to maintain this demeanor as time goes on and she gains more experience. The only problem I’ve had is I now that I’ve found a doctor who is everything I want in a physician, I’m setting my standards high for specialty docs and won’t settle for subpar anymore.
