Horrible dirty unorganized staff has worst attitudes I have ever seen.

This office staff is a nightmare. i waited to weeks for someone to call me back. I went into the office. I talked to the office manager and nurse practioner. Someone from he office called me over a week ago. I have yet to get an answer concerning an MRI. I was to have done. Run from this office. The most terrible thing about his office is I wonder if the doctors know what takes place in this office. I am going to call help grades about this horrible office. I am glad I went to another urologist.

Been a decade long patient and now I need a new urologist. Dr Kas no longer has the time nor PATIENCE to practice. Every time I ask questions he makes it sound like you are inconveniencing him. His vibe is very stressful and you can tell his staff is very stressed and understaffed understatement. Guess Ill try a gander at McIver.

WOW VERY IMPATIENT. REFUSES TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY PUSHES YOU OUT THE DOOR. CANT UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAYS BECAUSE OF MUMBLING AND THICK ACCENT.NEVER COMING BACK

I just love this man Has been my Doc since 2015 and know helping my Grandaughter.

Switched here from another big local practice and its so much better.

Went only once has no personality and practically ignores you when you are speaking. Asks if you have questions but does not give direct answers and very short with patient. Unfortunately limited with insurance benefits to find another urologist. Waiting three weeks for results of CT scan it is an urgent matter and does not make himself available to discuss situation over phone. Too old to practice.

Run dont walk away from this practice First call to schedule an appt and had to leave a message. The call was returned ONE WEEK later. Three visits and I have yet to see a doctor only a P.A. When I spoke to him about my issues with no one answering the phone or returning calls on any of my attempts to reach the office he proceeded to get angry and let loose on me with a full 4 minute rant whick ended with tellung me to physically come in if I needed anything. Many many more issues.

I was told that the person who picks up the phone is busy with other things and staff is supposed to answer it but they were too busy and he couldnt because of the 200 patients he saw weekly. The suggestion he angrily gave me was to come into the office and speak to someone. Hmmm...he knows that I cannot physically do that. As of today I have been trying to get a prescription changed for THREE WEEKS. This is where it becomes dangerous to visit. I received an RX that would have caused serious side effects when mixed with my other meds. Thankfully I knew enough to check it out before taking it. He on the other hand did not even check before prescribing. As for the other staff they seem to be polite and friendly.
