He was very pleasant with a great bedside manner.

I’ve never been so stunned in my life. Here I was under the impression that I was to have this amazing experience because Dr Crean is truly a kind human. However, the staff that he works with is more than lacking. I had surgery Tuesday w Dr Crean and his terrible assistant Dr Kirk or Kurt whoever is the only person I’ve been able to speak to since. I have been calling since last week for difficulties concerning not having a bowel movement in 6 days, not being able to urinate, high fever, inablility to walk and so on… After calling the office this morning in TEARS I received a call back from Dr Kurt for the second time. I was crying on the phone and was told “If you’re going to be hostile I’m gonna have to call you back because I will not be yelled at” I wasn’t yelling, i was hysterically crying from the pain of not having a bowel movement since I haven’t had one since MONDAY last week! I have been treated nothing but unprofessionally by every staff member that I have spoken to since my surgery. Upon waking up I was almost immediately thrown in a wheelchair and pushed out! I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy! I don’t want anything to do w them or memorial as a whole. As an employee of another hospital, now I see exactly why everyone speaks so badly about HCA and it’s affiliates! So disappointed.

I'm currently stationed overseas and was admitted to the hospital while on leave in Jacksonville. I was taken to HCA Memorial and told I would be having surgery performed by Dr. Crean. I could not of asked for a better group of people to take care of me during that time. Dr. Crean and his staff are fantastic. Even after I was discharged and sent back home, I was able to speak with Dr. Crean on multiple occasions as he checked how my status was progressing. Highly recommend as he is very respectful and truly wants the best for his patients and is willing to go beyond the norm.

This Dr. Found problems that I had and he explained to me what was going on with my problema. I fell 100% when I visited him and my surgery was a blessing and successful

Had to go for a 2nd visit to see if I would allow this person to do surgery on me. No thank you.

Dr. Crean is amazing surgeon. I’ve had nothing short of great experiences with him and his team. I’m so glad he is part of the HCA team.

Dr. Alexander Cream is the most humble caring Dr. I've ever meet,he has a unique spirit that draw you to him his personality says iam here for you.and his staff is so pleasant,and caring from the cking,lnn to the scheduling with Yolanda she keep u happy even to the cking out everyone is so pleasant and professional that keep you so at ease.i love Dr. crean and his Staff may our Maker and Creater bless and keep them.

Dr. Crean is a rare physician who truly cares for his patients. I’ve been uncomfortable for two years and now after my procedure I’m starting to feel more like myself everyday! He knows how to solve problems before true surgical intervention is required, and for that I can’t thank him enough! The office staff is a true delight and make you feel comfortable and welcome the entire time you’re there!
