Today May 25 2021 it’s our first appointment at Kasraeian Urology Clinic at Jax Beach. The clinic itself is kinda new so it’s still clean the staff are friendly however the WAIT is too long We are now an hour and 10 minutes past our scheduled appointment. Considering we already came in 20 mins early. So that’s an hour and 30 minutes late and counting....booooo

Office staff does not answer phone does not return calls. Had an appointment that they rescheduled and did not call me to tell us. Waited 3 hours in waiting room for my appointment. The office is very poorly managed. Always hours late for appointments. Told us during appointment that we would have a large payment that would not be covered by insurance. This should gave been sorted before the day of the appointment.

This office is poorly managed and they simply do not care about keeping appointments. It’s at least a 3 hour wait every time.

The Dr explain in great details. His office staff very nice and work with the scheduling to get an appt that is best for you. Nurses excellent and office very clean.

Dr. Kasraenian is a good doctor and very knowledgeable but the office experience is horrible. I have never waited less than an hour often times two hours. Once you get in back expect another 451 hour. To me that is total disrespect for your patients

I just started seeing Dr. Ali and his staff. When other Urologists and Urogynecologists told me they could not help me they havent given up on me. Sometimes the wait is long but he is very thorough and gives you ample amount of time. He doesnt rush through your appointment.

Dr. Ali Kasraeian is excellent however anytime I mention eating healthy natural and holistically he informs me that this does not help. Instead of encouraging me that healthy eating and including many fruits and vegetables is good. The reason for the 2 star rating is due to POOR office management at all of his offices. Each time I visit the office I always wait a minimum of one hour past my appointment time and sometimes upwards of two hours. This shows no value or respect for the patient.
