New patients need to be aware. I've been a patient since 2007 (& I am a pretty easy going person) The front office staff has been consistently RUDE for many years. It blows my MIND how they speak to their CUSTOMERS. I have shared specific details with 2 of the providers hoping for things to change and they just dont seem to care. Today was the final straw. I'm done. There are many other options where the staff does not talk to you like you are an annoying child. Dr Moon has been great but not worth the level of frustration to be treated this way.
Elinor was very nice as were the staff. I made the appt. with Dr. Moon but saw Elinor, which I did not expect. I was surprised I was not seeing Dr. Moon. Elinor was very kind.
I have been a patient here for years. Dr. Alison Moon is fabulous. This January, I saw Elleanor there for a severe allergic dermatitis reaction from an allergist’s sublingual allergy drops (which were taken orally). Then, I saw a “doctor” at Care Spot & he gave me Prednisone which did nothing to help. Then, my husband got me an appt. with our dermatologist office & I got to see Elleanor Swartz. She prescribed a topical steroidal cream & OTC Vanicream. I had relief right away. Two weeks later, I returned and she said I was smiling. I told her she made me smile with my CORRECT treatment and great, compassionate care. I knew Dr. Moon would have only the best staff in her employ. This young lady was the best! My husband and I both have gone here for years. My husband sees Dr. Marty. This medical facility is beyond five stars!
Nasty staff. Never again
Most comfortable Doctor's office on the planet plus the very best care. Could not get any better. Dr. Moon is a rare talent withwhom I trust with my life. Lou Pritchett
I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Moon and her office. I've seen her for mole removal and annual exams. Dr. Moon is very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and I felt comfortable with her. The whole office staff is nice. I would recommend.
I've been dealing with an incorrect bill with this office for almost a year now. Would never go here again, awful experience all around.
I brought my daughter (age 1) here three times before finding an incredible dermatologist who had an accurate diagnosis (Dr. Pearl Kwong). During this odeal, Dr. Moon prescribed several drugs, the last one being a powerful one for psoriasis. After reading the warning label on the last drug she prescribed, I decided to get a second opinion. My new dermatologist seemed not just more natural-minded (didn't automatically jump into harsh drugs) but more importantly, knew the problem (simple bacterial infection on a birthmark) and the solution was much simpler and safer. It cleared up with Dr. #2.
Dr. Moon spends much time with you and cares about your health. I recomend her to everyone at the beach.
Dr. Moon lacks true compassion. When dianosed with a rare disease, after relaying she had treated one other pateint with the condition 10 years earlier, she relayed that the previous patient's husband divorced her patient as a result of the diagnoses. It was shocking and terrifying enough to hear of the diagnoses. I would not recommend putting oneself in the hands of a doctor who clearly does not exercise decernmant as the emotional exspense of the patients she claims to care for.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
