During Covid which has brought tough financial time for most of us elder folk & while being in bad foot paid the Doctor - Amanda Bartell withheld seeing me even though was scheduled and ready to see her, because I couldn’t pay my “past due balance” I offered to pay at a later date but instead of seeing a patient who was hurt she decided to push my appointment back to “until you can pay your balance” This is a Nickel and Dime doctors office and she’s honestly not that good Doctor. She rushes patients out and doesn’t really listen. Not to mention she suggested the treatment plan I specifically didn’t want do even listed it with the assistant and she still didn’t care and proceeded to give me that treatment plan. I went to another doctor and was taken care of the same day and got the treatment I wanted. Not just giving me a prescription. So you have lost my business. Thanks Dr Thomas for being a real medical professional who cares about his patients.

Today I visited the office of Dr. Amanda Bartell was the absolute best experience I’ve had a appointment that I was so nervous but very excited about. From the front desk staff to the nursing assistant this by far an amazing team. Dr. Bartell made me feel like I had been knowing her for along time she was so welcoming and professional at the same time. I highly recommend this office for all your podiatry needs by far the best. Now let’s get this surgery done!!!!

Very thorough and compassionate

I had a great experience with Dr Bartell and her office! She was very thorough and explained all of my options. After my surgery, she guided me through the recovery process and my outcome was even better than expected! I went to an orthopedic and another podiatrist before Dr Bartell and she was the only one who understood and was able to take care of my issue.

I, too, had an ingrown toenail. Her bedside manner is over the top!

Dr. Amanda helped my son Shane with a badly ingrown big toe nail, and he never felt a thing! It was amazing because I have seen the procedure done before and the person was in a lot of pain the entire time. The way the doctor freezes and then numbs the toe is genius. Highly 5+ stars I recommend!

Stepped on a bulb last week and had small shads removed every one was friendly but when came back with a follow up was presented with a $1850 bill with due of $722.75 and I had really good insurance - now have to go through all kinds of drama and complaints to resolve this

I went to her thinking I had a toenail problem, she immediately said I had damaged the nail bed and suggested an OTC supplement. It worked and my nails are stronger than ever. Staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this group.

Dr. Bartell is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and explains things well. She repaired my Achilles' tendon and I am back to playing tennis. She definitely knows what she is doing and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

I have seen Dr Bartell many times over the years. She does an amazing job and is caring and knowledgeable. My reconstructive surgery turned out great. Her current staff is the good and the best she has had! I would recommend her to everyone and follow her wherever she goes!
