Long wait, 2.5 hours. Staff not friendly. I waited an hour before they told me they can't take my insurance and that i had to pay cash or go somewhere else.

Their hours show that they close at 7. I took my daughter in at 6:40pm and was refused service. I was told that they do not see any patients after 6:00 pm. So they need to change their hours to show just that instead of having people waste time driving to their location. Very poor customer service!!!

When I walked in I knew I was in the right place. The Dr was smart and understanding. I will be there again.

Terrible. I had a fever of about 103 all day and felt like I was going to pass out. I get there and it take an hour just to get checked in. Than another hour for them to tell me absolutely nothing. They said it might be strep throat or Covid and basically said there’s nothing they could do. That same night about 3 hours later I ended up in the ER because my temperature was over 104. Would NOT recommend at all.

This place is very helpful, warm, and welcoming. Because of sick family I have visited twice in the last week and the staff are always great and very attentive. Ed McDonough even gave me his business card and told me to reach out if we had any further complications. Last week was with Maeve and she was very pleasant and helpful with my son. I enjoyed coming here for my urgent care needs and will be back next time urgent care is needed.

I came on a Saturday right when they opened at 9. The check in process was easy and quick. I was taken back to a room quickly and was seen by the PA shortly after. The PA (Mrs. Rady) is so wonderful!!! She did an excellent job and was very thorough. I will definitely be back for any future urgent care visits.

If I could give it a negative number I would. The lady at the front desk needs to learn customer service skills. Doctors are great.

I had one of the best visits I’ve ever had at a doctor visit. I met with Maeve who is I believe the PA there and she was SO nice and pleasant to talk to and discuss what i had going on. Very thorough with explaining things to me and a very compassionate person. The front desk lady and the nurse were also very kind and attentive. I would choose coming to this office over my standard primary care doctor off of Yellow Bluff any day . Today wasn’t a very busy morning so i was seen pretty quickly but I’d wait longer if i hot to have her as my PA/Doctor!! ❤️
